We only collect data we actually need to answer your enquiry and run our service. Depending on how you use the site, this may include:

• Enquiry and quote details — when you submit a contact form, a quote request or a careers enquiry: your name, company, email address, phone number, the message you send us, and any products you add to a quote list.
• Recruitment information — if you get in touch about a role, any experience, portfolio links or CV details you choose to share.
• Shipment tracking input — a tracking number you enter is used to hand you off to our third-party tracking provider; we do not store it.
• Technical and usage data — collected automatically by our hosting and (if enabled) analytics: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and referring links, used to keep the site secure and understand how it is used.
• Cookie data — see the Cookies section below.

We do not ask for special-category data (such as health or biometric data), and you should not send it to us. Our website is a business-to-business service and is not directed at children.

We use your personal data for the following purposes, each with a lawful basis under Article 6 of the GDPR:

• To respond to your enquiries and prepare quotations — on the basis of taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
• To provide our sourcing, procurement and logistics services — on the basis of performing a contract with you or your organisation.
• To consider recruitment enquiries — on the basis of our legitimate interest in assessing candidates, or your consent where you ask us to keep your details on file.
• To keep the website secure and working — on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting our systems and preventing abuse.
• To measure and improve the site — where analytics are used, on the basis of your consent.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations — where we are required to keep records by law.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not send marketing emails unless you have asked us to.

As an end-to-end sourcing, procurement and logistics partner, delivering our service means working with a network of trusted parties. We share the minimum data necessary with:

• Suppliers and manufacturers — to source and quote the products you ask about.
• Freight, carrier and last-mile logistics partners — to arrange shipping and delivery of your order.
• Our third-party shipment-tracking provider — when you follow a shipment, you are taken to that provider’s tracking page, which is governed by its own privacy terms.
• Technology providers — our website hosting, email delivery and (if enabled) analytics providers, acting as our processors under contract.
• Professional advisers and authorities — where we are legally required to disclose information, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We put appropriate agreements in place with the processors that handle data on our behalf, requiring them to protect it and use it only on our instructions.

We source and ship worldwide, so delivering your request may involve sharing limited data with suppliers or partners outside the European Economic Area (EEA) — for example a manufacturer in Asia or a carrier in another region.

Where we transfer personal data outside the EEA, we rely on an adequacy decision by the European Commission where one exists, or on Standard Contractual Clauses together with any additional safeguards required, so that your data continues to be protected to EU standards.

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, and to meet legal, accounting or reporting requirements.

• Enquiries that do not lead to an order are typically kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up and maintain a record of correspondence.
• Data relating to an order or contract is kept for the duration of our relationship and for the retention periods required by Portuguese commercial and tax law.
• Recruitment enquiries are kept for up to 12 months unless you ask us to remove them sooner.

When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you, and receive a copy.
• Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erase your data (“right to be forgotten”) where there is no ongoing lawful reason for us to keep it.
• Restrict or object to our processing in certain circumstances.
• Data portability — receive the data you provided in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent, without affecting processing already carried out.

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data-protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), at www.cnpd.pt.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and hosting on reputable infrastructure. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to respond promptly if an issue arises.
